Asset Property Disposition Inc. (APD), established in 1990, is a minority-owned firm with offices in Atlanta, GA and Jacksonville, FL. Our firm consists of individuals in multiple real estate consulting disciplines including property assessment, property management, loan underwriting, community planners, and Geographic Information Systems technology. The founder and owner, Jesse Wiles, has been a leader in the field of real estate services and property disposition strategies in communities throughout the United States.
Since the early 90s, we have strategically acquired, managed, and marketed properties for a wide range of clients. Our clientele includes local, state, and federal government, redevelopment authorities, foundations, and real estate developers. Our work initially started with FDIC through the Resolution Trust Corp. and extended to a large holder of real property assets. APD pioneered the concept of using foreclosed and tax delinquent property as the basis for inner-city neighborhood revitalization initiatives. We have been successful in designing strategies for the management and disposition of properties because we understand the process of neighborhood stabilization revitalization and what it means in the real estate market.
At APD, it is our mission to provide the highest quality of project management, owner representation services and to successfully negotiate real estate transactions in the interest of our clients.
